It took them long enough so I just installed the Facebook app for iPhone. But finally the Facebook App for iPad is online and it will be a 10.5 MB update if you installed the Facebook app for iPhones on your iPad. The Facebook app for iPad was reported to have been scrapped because Facebook appeared to be prioritizing the web (html5) app version with a code name "PROJECT SPARTAN" but I guess that all in the past now. Though I pretty sure that SPARTAN will eventually go live one way or the other.

There are two ways on how you can tag a friend on Facebook, first using the "@" then the name of your Facebook Friends or the name of the Pages. Now you can also tag using the "+". Yes, you can actually tag your Facebook friend using the "+" sign then the name of your FB friend, sounds familiar? Calling the new "+" tagging feature of Facebook "copied" feature is a strong word, I'd like to call it a Google+ inspired feature.

It's been 5 days since Facebook announced the Facebook for EveryPhone app for java enabled phones and I've been trying for 5 days to install the darn app on my "old" Samsung Corby Pro, I keep getting the "DNS error" when I try to visit "d.facebook.com/install" on my phone browser. So now I finally had the time to work an alternative way to install the java on my phone. If cannot install the java app on your phone, then you can try these instead.

Last July 7, Facebook officially launched their face recognition features called "Tag Suggestions" that will place your name you on photos that you and your friends upload. Facebook said from a blogpost that TAG SUGGESTION aims to make photo tagging easy, specially if there are a lot of people that you need to tag. With this new feature, there have been a lot of privacy concerns that were raised specially with Facebook's reputations.
